One of the most beautiful cities I’ve visited in Cebu Province is Carcar City. It has well-preserve old houses, a beautiful church that is adjacent to the city hall and Rizal Monument, on a hill. It’s also a crossroad for those going to Cebu City and to the west side of Cebu Province like the town of Barili.
For heritage preservation enthusiasts, Carcar City, along with Pila (Laguna), Taal (Batangas), Silay (Negros) and Vigan (Ilocos Sur) is a must to visit.
The only monument dedicated to Judas Iscariot that I’ve seen so far.
